Privacy Policy
Widget Style Studio ("we", "us") operates the Widget Style Studio mobile application (the "App"), package name com.widgets.style. This page explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
By using the App you agree to this policy.
Summary
- The App has no accounts and no login. We do not know who you are.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts or location.
- Your calendar, steps, photos and music information never leave your device.
- The App shows ads from Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase for analytics and configuration. These services collect device identifiers and technical data.
Information we collect
Information you provide
None. The App does not ask for an account, an email address or any personal details.
Information handled on your device only
To draw its widgets, the App reads the following on your device. This information is not sent to us, is not sent to any third party, and is not stored on any server:
- Calendar events — the next event's title and time, for the Calendar widget.
- Step count — for the Steps widget.
- A photo you select — chosen through the Android photo picker, for the Photos widget.
- Currently playing media — the track title and artist, for the Music widget.
- Device status — battery level, storage and memory figures, for the Battery and System Info widgets.
The Weather widget shows sample conditions generated on your device. The App does not request your location and does not contact any weather service. A city name entered in Settings is stored on your device as a label only.
Information stored on your device
Your preferences — chosen widget pack, favourites, theme, refresh interval, temperature unit and per-widget styles — are saved locally. They are deleted when you uninstall the App or use Settings → Reset Settings.
Information collected by third parties
Google AdMob serves the advertising in the App. To deliver, limit and measure ads it collects your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and technical information such as device model, operating system version and app version, along with ad interactions. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Firebase Analytics records how features are used and whether ads were shown or skipped, together with a randomly generated app-instance identifier and basic device information. It does not receive your calendar, steps, photos, music or anything you type.
Google Firebase Remote Config downloads settings that control the App's behaviour, and sends the device and app information needed to deliver them.
Links inside the App may open in your browser (Chrome Custom Tabs). Those pages are governed by their own privacy policies.

Photos are selected through the Android photo picker, so the App never requests access to your whole gallery.
Calendar, physical activity and notification access are optional. You can refuse or later revoke them in Settings → Apps → Widget Style Studio → Permissions; the related widget will simply show placeholder content.
How information is used
- To display and refresh the widgets you add to your home screen.
- To remember your settings and styles.
- To show advertising, which funds the App.
- To understand which features are used, so the App can be improved.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information to build a profile about you.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the App shows advertising and uses an advertising identifier, it is not part of the Google Play Families programme and is not designed for children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us at video.download.master@gmail.com and reset the device's Advertising ID in Android Settings.
Your choices
- Personalised ads — turn these off in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
- Advertising ID — reset or delete it at any time in the same screen.
- Permissions — revoke any permission in Android Settings, as described above.
- Your data on the device — clear it with Settings → Reset Settings, or by uninstalling.
Data retention and deletion
We operate no servers and hold no accounts, so we store nothing about you that we could delete. Settings live on your device until you clear them or uninstall the App. Data held by Google in connection with your Advertising ID is retained under Google's own policies, and analytics data is deleted automatically after the retention period set in our Firebase project.

Security
Information sent by the advertising, analytics and configuration services is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Settings stored on your device are protected by Android's app sandbox and cannot be read by other apps.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to it. Since we hold no personal data on any server, requests about data linked to your Advertising ID are best directed to Google. For anything else, contact us at the address below. We do not sell personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
